Privacy Policy

Simplify Life Company Limited ("Simplify", "we", "us") operates simplify.co.th. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

1. Who is responsible for your data

If you want to exercise any of the rights in section 7, that email address is the fastest route. We answer within 30 days.

2. What we collect

When you buy something Name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, what you ordered, and your order history. Payment card details are entered on our payment provider's page and are never stored by us — see section 4.

When you use the site Pages you view, what you add to your cart, the device and browser you're on, your approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived (for example, from an ad or a link).

When you give it to us directly Your email address if you subscribe, take the sweat test, or contact us. Anything you write to us in a message.

The sweat test specifically Your answers are used to calculate your result and are stored with your email address if you choose to see the full report. They are not health records and we do not treat them as medical data, but we hold them to the same standard as everything else here.

3. Why we use it, and on what lawful basis

PDPA requires us to have a lawful basis for each purpose. Ours:

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — see section 7. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we lawfully did before you withdrew it, and it will not stop the emails you need about an order you've already placed.

4. Who else sees your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the companies that make the shop work:

Shopify — runs our store, checkout and customer accounts.
Opn Payments (Omise) — processes payments. Your card details go to them directly; we never receive or store the full card number.
Our fulfilment and delivery partners — receive your name, address and phone number so your order can be picked, packed and delivered.
Email and messaging providers — send your order notifications.
Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) — only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies.

Each of these is bound to use your data only for the service they provide to us.

5. Sending data outside Thailand

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's own contractual data-protection commitments, and we only use providers who commit to a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. If you want to know where a specific provider holds your data, ask us at privacy@simplify.co.th.

6. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records: 10 years, because Thai tax and accounting law requires it.
Customer account and contact details: while your account is open, and for 2 years after your last order if you don't have an account.
Marketing consent and email address: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Sweat test answers: 2 years, or until you ask us to delete them.
Website analytics: up to 26 months.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

See the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
Delete your data, where we don't have a legal reason to keep it
Restrict or object to how we use it, including for direct marketing
Port your data — receive it in a machine-readable form, or have it sent to someone else
Withdraw consent at any time, for anything we do on the basis of consent

To use any of these, email privacy@simplify.co.th. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so nobody else can request your data. We answer within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), the authority responsible for the PDPA in Thailand.

8. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 20, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 20 without parental consent. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use four kinds:

Essential — your cart, your checkout session, security, and your language choice. The site cannot work without these, so they are always on.
Analytics — how many people visit, which pages they use, where they leave. Only with your consent.
Marketing — used to show you Simplify ads on other platforms and to measure whether those ads worked. Only with your consent.
Preferences — remember settings like language so you don't reset them each visit. Only with your consent.

You choose when the cookie banner appears on your first visit, and you can change your mind at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing the cookies in your browser.

Declining analytics and marketing cookies will not stop you from browsing or buying. It only stops us measuring and advertising.
