1. Ordering & Inventory

• Accuracy: By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided to simplify.co.th are accurate and complete.
• Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; stock is only secured once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock levels. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Currency: All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB).
• Taxes: Prices include applicable local taxes, but we do not offer VAT refunds for international orders.
• Security: Payments are processed securely via encrypted gateways (e.g., Stripe and Omise). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Fraud: Use of unauthorized or invalid payment methods is a crime. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

3. Promotions & Vouchers

• Usage: Promotional codes and vouchers cannot be used on sale items or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
• Balance: Gift vouchers must be used in full; any remaining balance is non-refundable and cannot be credited for future use.
